To send e-mail with the Outlook XP application and your i2roam account, and you are receiving the following error: please review the instructions below.

1. Open the Outlook XP application
2. From the “Tools” menu, select “E-mail Accounts…”
3. Select “View or change existing e-mail accounts” and select “Next”
4. Make sure your email account name is highlighted
5. Select the “Change…” button

6. Select the “More Settings Button…” button

** Do not use the ' Test Account Settings ' feature as it will not work with i2Roam iPass mailservers, this is the reponse you will get. You need to send an actual message, to an actual person, to see if your Outlook XP is setup correctly.

7. Select the “Outgoing Server” tab
8. Select the “Log on using” radio button
9. Enter your i2roam User Name and Password

9. On the "Advanced" Tab, make sure that your Port Settings are as follows.

10. Select "OK" to save the changes.
